Anxiety disorder according to the World Health Organization, is the most common mental disorder with as many as 1 in 13 people globally suffering from it. The constant anxiety and panic attacks can severely disrupt a person’s life, making it extremely hard for them to accomplish even the simplest everyday tasks. However, most people who never had any mental health issues struggle to understand the weight of it all and the effect it has on the sufferer. The other side to this situation is that, many are left wondering how they suppose to act when someone close to them is suffering from a mental disorder.
